1. Service Agreement

SHA‑Concierge provides luxury chauffeur, concierge, and VIP lifestyle coordination services. We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or availability at our discretion.

2. Booking & Payments

Bookings must be confirmed with full payment or deposit unless otherwise arranged.

Gratuity is not always included unless explicitly stated.

Payment methods include major credit cards, debit, and invoicing for corporate accounts.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service are non-refundable.

No-shows or last-minute changes are non-refundable unless waived at our discretion.

4. Conduct & Safety

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for client misconduct.

5. Liability

SHA‑Concierge is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we always strive to accommodate reschedules or make alternate arrangements where possible.
